Indecision is a Killer!
Welcome to this latest podcast, one that I have been wanting make for a while now.
In July, 1984 at the ripe old age of 18, I joined the Military and one of the best things that ever occurred during my time of service was attending some of the leadership courses that I took and the lessons I learned from them.
One of the main focuses, I would say, is that in those courses we were always taught to be decisive. That is, make a decision; even a bad decision is better than no decision or indecision.
This lesson was not lost on me and translates into any way of life whether it be on a battlefield or in the world of business.
Leaders make decisions and it’s much simpler to correct a bad decision and get headed in the right direction than to look, and be, incompetent in the decision making process.
See you at the top!
